What is an International Health Certificate?

An International Health Certification is documentation you'll need to prove that your pet is safe to enter another country based on their specific requirements. For example, some countries have requirements about vaccinations your pet will need to ensure they have immunity against certain diseases. You may even need a titer test, depending on how long ago your pet was vaccinated, to prove their level of immunity.
