Rosa is a veterinarian and practice manager whose career bridges clinical care, leadership, and practice growth across both Mexico and Canada. Originally from Mexico, she brings a global perspective to veterinary medicine and a deep commitment to building strong, compassionate teams.
Over the years, Rosa has helped clinics grow and thrive, from expanding a small, single-room practice in Mexico City into a bustling hospital serving thousands of clients, to supporting practice growth and client engagement in Ontario. She is especially passionate about mentorship, operational efficiency, and creating positive experiences for both clients and staff.
Rosa has also been actively involved in community initiatives, including fundraising efforts that helped expand SPCA shelter facilities in San Miguel de Allende. Since December 2025, she has been the Practice Manager at Central City Animal Clinic in Burnaby, where she continues to combine hands-on veterinary knowledge with thoughtful leadership, all while preparing for her Canadian veterinary certification exams.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of French, Rosa is driven by a shared goal that guides all her work: delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supporting the people behind it.
